why would they close almost all the restaurants today? do they honestly believe that every person on this side of the world can cook? duh, some people thrive on take-out!
i'm not trying to ignore the historical and religious significance of today's event (tamaan pa 'ko ng kidlat). its just that i've always been sarcastic when matters relating to faith(?) clash with economic activities; and let's not forget the tiny and insignificant fact that i almost starved today.
