facts:
1. after going through a horrible exam, A decided to hang out at the school corridor to relax.
2. B interrupts A's moment of peace by promising to do something.
3. A waaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiited. B reneged on his promise.
issue: if A ends up attacking B, will the former be held liable?
held: i hope not
ratio:
1. shouldn't reneging on one's promise be considered as sufficient provocation? self defense?
2. how about the mitigating circumstance of passion and obfuscation?
